The Hearth won't power on.
Plug in the Hearth. The power button will blink blue when the Hearth is connected to power. Let the Hearth charge for ~1 hour, then press the power button again. If it still doesn't power on, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The tablet isn't automatically connecting to the Hearth.
Double check that the Hearth is powered on. Allow the tablet at least 5 minutes to connect to the Hearth. After at least 5 minutes, power it down and restart it. If the tablet still won't connect, reach out to email@example.com.
The tablet died while the Hearth was recording a conversation. Will the Hearth continue recording?
Yes, the Hearth will continue to record after the tablet dies. Continue the conversation as normal. When you're finished, power off the Hearth and let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Hearth died during a conversation. Will the recording be saved?
Yes, the recording will be saved but the Hearth will stop recording once it shuts off. Feel free to resume your conversation using another personal recording device, then send us an email at email@example.com.
Will my conversations automatically upload to LVN?
Yes, the Hearth will automatically sync every 10 minutes as long as it is powered on and connected to wifi.
I added highlights to the Hearth, but I don't see them on the Hearth app.
Try forcing a sync. In the Hearth app on the tablet, click the Hearth icon at the bottom of the screen. Tap the Sync Status box. Tap Force Sync Now.
I entered the wrong information on the Hearth app (inaccurate number of participants, wrong conversation title, incorrect host). How can I fix it?
Just send us the updated information at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll update it accordingly.
