The circle of lights on top of the Hearth is called the LED ring. The color of the LED ring will change depending on the current state of the Hearth. Reference the guide below to understand what each color means.
Pulsing light purple — Hearth is powering on or off
Solid light purple — Hearth is ready to record
Solid orange — Hearth is recording
Rotating blue — Hearth is syncing
Blinking red — Hearth battery is empty
Battery indicator
Press the Battery button (next to the power button on the bottom of the Hearth) to check the battery. One of the following colors will appear for 5 seconds before the LEDs return to their previous state:
Solid green — Battery at least 75% charged
Solid yellow — Battery at least 50% charged
Solid orange — Battery at least 25% charged
Solid red — Battery less than 25% charged
Blinking red — Battery empty
