List of steps to organize your conversation
- Recruit 4-6 participants per conversation
- Identify a date and time for the conversation
- Schedule a Zoom Room (see below)
- Invite your guests and share registration information
- Remind your participants of the conversation if you’re not using the Cortico registration system
- Arrive in the Zoom Room 15 minutes early to welcome people and help orient people to the technology platform
- Upload your conversation (see below)
