When reviewing a conversation you took part in, you might come across an error in the transcript. You can submit transcript edits directly from the conversation detail page.
There are two types of transcript edits you can request: a text correction and a speaker correction.
1. From the conversation detail page, click the Transcript tab.
2. Scroll through the transcript and identify the part of the conversation you'd like to edit.
Requesting a text correction
Click and drag to select the text you'd like to edit. Click the Fix Transcript popup.
Select Transcript Text in the popup box. In the Corrected Text field, type the text how it should appear on the transcript.
Click Fix Transcript Text to submit the edit.
Requesting a speaker correction
Click and drag any section of text under the speaker's name you'd like to edit. Click the Fix Transcript popup.
Select Speaker Name in the popup box. In the Corrected Speaker Name field, type the name of the correct speaker.
Click Fix Speaker Name to submit the edit.
